Not only the U.S.A., but all countries should concentrate on changing all cars into electric cars ASAP. The Earth cannot tolerate the continual abuse that regular cars reek on our world's environment. 

If your car is not electric, but you would love to have an electric car, there are some inexpensive ways to change your gas car into an electric car. Google it and see what I mean. It is a whole new world now with electric cars in it.
